About Us

Since graduating from Chico State in 1994, Jeff Dudum has dreamt of being a part of the Chico dining scene and by partnering with local Chico families he has now made that dream a reality. In 2022 he teamed up with Amanda Crammer and together they have created a vision for a dining experience that truly values the guest and strengthens community. After building a relationship with the Hotel Diamond family, they knew bringing The Grill to the Diamond was something they had to do. They are thrilled to be a part of the magic that is Downtown Chico and to create lasting memories with all of you here at The Grill!

Our mission is to bring an elevated and inviting dining experience to Downtown Chico while offering our guests unique, yet comforting classics made in-house with the freshest quality ingredients.
